of ZOWIE DIVINA
Today, on the 7th of November, the participants of the ZOWIE DIVINA International Invitation will be on their way to China to take part in preparations for the event. Between them the six girls will have put an impressive 33.361 km (21.249 miles) of travel behind them when touching ground in Pudong airport, Shanghai.
To quickly sum up the details of the tournament, six female gamers have been invited to Taicang City near Shanghai, China, to compete in the ZOWIE DIVINA International Invitation for a chance to win a share of the 10.000 USD prize pool. The prizes are divided as such:
1st prize: 5.000 USD + a golden ZOWIE MiCO mouse
2nd prize: 3.000 USD
3rd prize: 2.000 USD
However, no matter what happens and who collects the prizes, none of the gamers will leave Shanghai empty-handed, as both ZOWIE and BenQ have donated their best equipment for a flawless StarCraft 2 performance.
Each of the contestants will receive a complete set of DIVINA-colored competitive gaming equipment from ZOWIE GEAR consisting of:
ZOWIE MiCO – mouse - blue / pink
ZOWIE N-CM – mousepad - blue / pink
ZOWIE CELERITAS – keyboard - blue / pink
ZOWIE HAMMER – headset - blue / pink
and a ZOWIE gaming equipment bag to carry it all in
BenQ has generously provided each of the contestants with the new BenQ RL2240H, which was developed specifically for RTS-gaming in co-operation with ZOWIE GEAR and Korean powerhouse StarTale, under BenQ’s development philosophy of “Gaming is in the details”.
The BenQ RL2240H allows gamers to assess and respond to information more quickly with monitor color tint, brightness, and contrast specifically tailored for RTS-gaming. The newly developed “Black eQualizer” color engine reveals critical combat details speedily with improved visibility in darkened areas and allows gamers to brighten the screen without over-exposing white levels, providing them with added gameplay comfort.
