The “HAMMER” e-Sports Headset

Prior to production , over 6 months of research had gone into HAMMER’s development. Once it was finished, ZOWIE enlisted 30 “world-class” e-Sports players to test the headset, including your favourites - HeatoN and SpawN!
While testing the HAMMER headset, SpawN commented on its unique design and clever idea of providing the headset with two sets of Ear Cups, one leather for Multimedia purposes and one cloth for the gamers.

We then added the USB Version so that more people could use the headset on the go and still receive the highest sound quality possible.
The other hard thing to tackle was finding the right style of ear cushions for the headset, as many of you know after using a headset for hours playing games at a LAN event or home they often start to hurt your ears, ZOWIE GEAR made this a huge priority making comfy and large ear cushions to stop this problem and still keeping the high quality it offers.
Headsets often suffer from wear and tear, especially if you travel with them, so we decided we would focus on making the headset very strong and durable, not allowing for any easy breakage or damage. Unlike most headsets with a plastic microphones we made ours of aluminium, therefore eliminating the chances of the microphone snapping off. This was the main problem we were told when asking the professional e-sport gamers what they wanted in a headset. Fixing these issues makes this headset LONG LASTING… RELIABLE… and DURABLE.
